The application process is robust. SLEs considering application MUST have the support of their Head Teacher or Principal.
Following initial application, Ninestiles Teaching School Alliance Strategic Board members, together with moderation by an external Teaching School Alliance Representative undertake formal interviews at which SLEs must answer panel questions and give a presentation highlighting aspects of their school improvement work with proven impact.
