Eligibility: Teachers who wish to undertake this training, will need to be able to evidence significant experience (at least 2 years) of coaching and mentoring colleagues through their career development (these may included but are not limited to trainees, NQTs, RQTs etc.). This training will enhance skills to coach and mentor, preparing individuals to work with larger groups of colleagues perhaps as a lead tutor, NQT mentor or senior coach. For less experienced colleagues the Effective Coaching and Mentoring Teacher Educator Programme – Level 1 is available.
Course aims: To focus on enhancing the individual’s skills of coaching and mentoring individuals. It is a licensed programme using a suite of materials designed, updated and quality assured in the delivery by NASBTT.

Workshops will include a mixture of theoretical input and also case studies and interactive discussion amongst participants. This programme is led in conjunction with NASBTT as one of their License holders.
