Middle Leadership Development Programme

Middle Leaders are one of the key driving forces of raising achievement, standards of teaching and learning to ensure the best possible outcomes for learners regardless of class and disadvantage. This programme is designed to develop and strengthen the capacity for those who have begun, or are undertaking a middle leadership role. Endorsed and accredited by Birmingham City University enables participants to take their research further to Ma level if they wish.

NTSA Middle Leadership Development Programme is written to enable participants to:

Further their understanding of the role in leading learning
Embed their practice and ability to lead, manage and develop learning within a team
Increase individuals confidence in approaching middle leader responsibilities
Support and develop individuals for their own personal leadership pathway.
