As a Teaching School, we wish to embrace colleagues in the early stages of their career to provide additional development and supportive opportunities to maximise and secure the potential of colleagues. The continuous development of practitioners is vital to keep individuals involved directly in improving and engaging them in their own reflective practice. We hope in turn that colleagues continue to commit to the teaching profession, our schools and therefore secure the outcomes of pupils. Focusing upon becoming a lead practitioner, this proves to be a fantastic starting point for school leadership potential.
We had an overwhelming uptake of our RQT + Enhancement Programme on offer for 2015.16 in Primary, Secondary and 6th Form College across and beyond the Alliance. For this reason we are already starting to plan 2016.17!
