The initial training year is the first step towards a lifelong career of professional development; Ninestiles ITT Consortium & BPTP are dedicated to provide ongoing development opportunities and training during the NQT year and RQT year … and beyond to secure individuals early career entry and their opportunities into leadership. With 100% of our trainees going into full time teaching posts upon qualification, everyone has a fantastic starting point.
Every aspect of the training programme focuses upon the progress of the pupils, and the progress of the trainees, to ensure that an environment for learning is established. Our Partner schools and School Based Trainers are committed to providing trainees with outstanding first-hand experience from a range of outstanding practitioners. In school, trainees will experience exciting, innovative and challenging opportunities, giving them the best quality range of developing practice. We offer all three school based routes into teaching; School Direct, School Direct Salaried and Provider-led. We deliver each of these in the same way to ensure that all of our Primary and Secondary trainees achieve QTS and at least 60 Level 7 credits towards an Educational Masters qualification. Our programme is school based; meaning that 4 days a week are spent in school, with the final day spent in training – majority of which is held at our Ninestiles Training Suite base at Ninestiles School (B27 7QG).
